The reception team accommodated special requests immediately and efficiently. Breakfast had very good options. I also enjoyed the available cocktails at the bar.
The cleaners made some noise early, it woke me up as they were changing the interconnected room.

The hotel is located close to the city center and within a short walk of major attractions and shopping streets, it made exploring convenient. Henrietta Park is at the back offering a pleasant view.

Absolutely Great Boutique Hotel!

I loved the location! It was super convenient. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. I booked a massage, and it was so good, I booked another one right away! Our room had a record player with vinyl records, and that was a very nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well. I raided the pantry. It was so much fun!
The bar menu felt slightly limited, but I could still find something to eat.

The staff provide a very home from home vibe that you very rarely experience, their attention to detail is superb. They maintain a pet-friendly policy, good to know for future reference.

The breakfast options are freshly prepared to perfection, and they offer good yogurt with fruit and oat toppings! The restaurant is cosy and relaxing and I had an really good night cap in the lounge.

the room was very clean , very spacious.
i was told at check in that there was no capacity for pre dinner drinks in the bar and little or no capacity for breakfast the next day , for a resident?! the complimentary pantry had already been depleted by the time i arrived at 5pm and still wasn't restocked with fresh food by the time i checked out the next day at 11am.

the coach house guest room was well-appointed it featured a comfortable bed i found the design elements quite appealing the room also included modern amenities that enhanced my stay. the staff provided attentive service they were responsive to requests and offered helpful suggestions. the hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby attractions it made exploring the area easy.
the limited on-site parking created minor inconvenience i had to find alternative parking nearby.

The location was perfect, a five-minute walk to the center. The reception team was cute upon arrival. Our room featured lots of windows. I appreciated the tea service inside a charming model Georgian House. The team accommodated special requests for a disabled guest quickly and efficiently.
The room was too warm, even with the radiator set on the lowest setting. It needed adjustment.
