My Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel left much to be desired. Although the staff tried their best to make it a pleasant evening, the food was quite disappointing, especially for the price. On a brighter note, the hotel itself boasts a quirky charm, and the location is fantastic for exploring Bath's attractions, making for a more positive overall impression.

The dining room felt like an odd setup, with a basement ambiance that didn't match up to expectations. However, staying in a junior suite, I found the spaciousness and unique touches like a Dyson hairdryer quite appealing.
Service

The staff worked hard to provide attentive service, especially during our dinner. Though the dining experience wasn't what I hoped for, their efforts were commendable.

While the initial menu sounded promising, the food was subpar, especially the rum baba which had no flavor. This was a letdown considering the festive occasion.

I had a lovely stay at No.15 in Bath! The atmosphere was very warm, and the staff were genuinely nice. I especially enjoyed the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone. However, I found the spa prices a bit on the steep side, which led me to explore a different spa option outside. Overall, it's a delightful spot that I would recommend, although be prepared for some varied experiences.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable with unique amenities and a fantastic location in Bath. The rooms were comfortable and quirky, but the dining experience, especially breakfast, left something to be desired. The bar offered expensive drinks, which made dining at the hotel not the best value for money.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, full of unique charm and luxurious touches. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but a couple of the furnishings felt outdated. The dining experience was excellent, especially breakfast, which stood out as one of the best I've had. Although the location was quiet and convenient, I found parking arrangements a bit challenging. Overall, a delightful spot for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

I was really excited to stay at this quirky hotel in Bath, but it fell a bit short of expectations. While the unique interior and location were definite highlights, my overall experience was marred by a few significant disappointments, particularly with the breakfast service and the temperature control in my room. I found it to be overpriced compared to other stays I've had in five-star hotels.
Rooms

The coach house room had a quirky layout, but it was uncomfortably hot and the air conditioning barely worked. I appreciated the luxury toiletries, but the room had an unpleasant smell.
Service

While the front desk and spa staff were lovely, the breakfast service was sadly lacking. It took over 45 minutes to get our food, and it felt like we were treated differently from other guests.
